About Fusion BBQ n Grill

Fusion BBQ n’ Grill was created by four friends. It started with Chef Suge, a BBQ purist who saw an opportunity to bring something vibrant and new to the Wrigley area. Chef Suge’s obsession with the art of smoke and fire. Driven to revitalize the Wrigley dining scene, Suge teamed up with fellow flavor-enthusiast KC to turn a shared passion into a neighborhood destination. Joining forces with fellow foodie KC, the duo began a mission to capture the "magic" of a perfect meal. With the addition of Long Beach Lonnie, the operational backbone with the vendor ties to source only the best. The perfect team was formed to serve up the magic of authentic, fusion-inspired BBQ.

They had just opened ! They just started cooking! Amazing smells coming out of that kitchen ! Ribs , brisket and chicken DELICIOUS

If you are looking for some REAL southern BBQ, this spot did not disappoint!!! The meat was tender (didn't even need sauce), smoky, well seasoned, and that mac & cheese was GOOD and I'm picky about my sides. The staff was extremely kind and service was speedy. I’d definitely come back and recommend it, especially if you know what good BBQ is supposed to taste like.

My friend and I had lunch here today. We had great service and everything was delicious. Our host even treated us to homemade banana bread and a sweet potato dessert that was so yummy.

This is just what I'm looking for in a BBQ place. So far, just had the ribs, but they were smoked to perfection. Tender, juicy, and just right amount of bite. I will be back to try more.

I had 1/2 lb brisket and pork ribs plate with mac and cheese and bbq beans. The brisket wS tender, juicy and had the right flavor with or without the bbq sauce. Bbq sauce has good balanced flavor. Ribs fell off the bone, flavorful and tender. Bbq beans has a tangy flavor separate from bbq sauce which i love. Mac n cheese was ok. Overall great experience. Will be back for sure.
